Feijoada - Brazilian Beans

Fry 200 grams of diced bacon with an equal quantity of diced onions, add garlic and then an equal quantity of ham and drained, cooked brown beans.

Simmer gently for 20 minutes.

Add a handful of minced parsley and diced tomato, season with pepper and salt. The brown beans can be substituted with black beans.

Delicious with Aviko Patatas Bravas, boiled rice, slices of chili pepper, red onion and bread.
