Gently roast the cumin, garam masala and paprika powder in a roasting tin. Chop the mint and coriander finely. Then add all the other ingredients and 2/3 of the herbs and spices, mix thoroughly and bake in the oven at 180 °C for around 15 - 20 minutes.
Mix in the rest of the herbs and spices in the Tikka Masala and season to taste. In the meantime gently roast the Aviko Hash Browns in a pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, divide the roasted Hash Browns over the plates, spoon the Tikka Masala over it and place the chicken legs on top.
