Mix 1 cup of oil with 1/2 chili pepper, finely sliced, one sprig of rosemary, pressed garlic and some salt.
Pour the marinade over the pieces of meat and add some lemon juice. Put the pieces of meat for four people in the marinade.
Put the pieces of meat on a skewer and grill.
Serve with broccoli, grilled corn and pieces of tomato.
